The Summit We're Climbing
Let’s be real – as a small company with ambitious plans to help 1000 clients dominate their industries through automation and AI; We need a Marketing Manager who can turn our mountain-climbing metaphors into a compelling brand that resonates with C-suite executives. If you roll your eyes at corporate jargon but know how to build a brand that actually means something, we should talk.
What You'll Actually Do
- Own our entire marketing strategy – yes, literally everything from social to content to events (we told you we’re small)
- Create content that makes enterprise automation and AI solutions actually interesting to humans
- Build our brand voice – we’re already deep into the mountain-climbing metaphors, but there’s room to make it even better
- Generate and nurture leads for our sales team that’s targeting $50k+ ARR deals
- Work directly with our founders to shape our go-to-market strategy as we scale from 1 to 100+ customers
- Track and report on metrics that matter – no vanity metrics about social media likes here
Summit with us if you...
Stay in the parking lot if you...
- You believe B2B marketing doesn’t have to be boring (and you can prove it)
- You can write compelling copy one minute and dive into analytics the next
- You’d rather build a marketing function from scratch than inherit someone else’s process
- You understand technical concepts well enough to translate them for different audiences
- You’re excited about working at a company where marketing directly impacts revenue
- You need a big team of specialists – you’ll be wearing multiple hats here
- You want to focus on just one aspect of marketing – we need a generalist who can do it all
- You’re looking for a role with rigid structure and established processes
- You can’t handle direct feedback or rapid changes in direction
The Numbers that Matter
- Base salary: $90k-$120k plus bonus potential
- Marketing budget: You’ll help define it (we’re not kidding about owning everything)
